Refund Policy
Our commitment to fair and transparent refund practices for all Kromps purchases.

All purchases made through Kromps apps are processed by Google Play. Refund requests are handled through Google Play's refund system. We also accept direct refund requests at Support@kromps.in.
1. General Refund Policy
Kromps wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we aim to handle refund requests fairly and promptly.
2. Google Play Purchases
Purchases made through the Google Play Store are subject to Google Play's refund policy in addition to ours. Google Play offers:
- Auto-refund within 2 hours: For most app purchases, Google Play provides an automatic refund window of approximately 2 hours after purchase
- Manual refund requests: After 2 hours, you can request a refund directly through Google Play at play.google.com/store/account
3. In-App Purchase Refunds
For in-app purchases (coins, credits, premium features, subscriptions), the following applies:
- Refunds may be granted if the purchase did not deliver as described
- Refunds are generally not available for digital content that has already been consumed or used
- Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- Partial refunds for subscription periods are considered on a case-by-case basis
4. Eligible Refund Situations
We will typically approve refund requests in the following situations:
- The app failed to function as advertised due to a technical bug or issue on our end
- You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
- The purchase was made without your authorization (fraudulent charge)
- The app was materially different from its Play Store description
- Request made within 48 hours of purchase and the content has not been consumed
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be provided in the following situations:
- You simply changed your mind after using the content
- Virtual goods or credits that have been fully consumed
- Requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date
- Violation of our Terms of Service that led to account termination
- Issues caused by your device, internet connection, or third-party services
6. How to Request a Refund
You can request a refund through any of the following methods:
Option A – Google Play (Recommended)
- Open the Google Play Store on your device
- Go to Menu → Account → Order History
- Select the order and tap "Refund" or "Request a refund"
- Follow the on-screen instructions
Option B – Contact Us Directly
Email us at Support@kromps.in with:
- Your name and Google account email
- Order ID or transaction ID
- App name and purchase date
- Reason for refund request
We will review and respond within 3–5 business days.
7. Refund Processing Time
Once a refund is approved:
- Google Play refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank
- UPI refunds typically process within 2–3 business days
8. Subscription Cancellation
To cancel a subscription to any Kromps app:
- Open Google Play Store
- Go to Menu → Subscriptions
- Select the Kromps subscription
- Tap "Cancel subscription"
Cancellation prevents future charges. You will continue to have access until the end of the current paid period.
